Conveyor Guide Rails with rapid adjustment
What would previously take hours can now be done in seconds
Traditional adjustable conveyor guide rails use a mechanical spring mechanism on each guide rail post, meaning every post on an entire line must be manually changed. Obviously on a large line, something over 100 metres, this could mean hundreds of brackets needing adjusting which results in lost production time, pressure to meet delivery targets and increased labour costs - all of which translate to reduced profits!
The EZY-Change Mk2 Guide Rail System allows for single point adjustment of an entire conveyor line. By way of a control panel, the operator can simply adjust the guide rails to suit any size product to be run on the conveyor. A cheaper manual version is also available which allows for adjustment of smaller lengths (up to 30 metres) from a single point.
The EZY-Change Mk2 Guide Rail System can also be retro-fitted to any existing conveyor system, meaning reduced downtime on any new or existing conveyor line and by greatly reducing downtime, the system soon pays for itself with increased production and less man hours.
