BenchMATE entry level Manual Benchtop Bottle Labelling Machine.
The BenchMATE is very simple to set up after which you simply sit the bottle in the rollers and turn the handle.
Specifications:

• will apply between 8-12 labels per minute
• minimum diameter of 55mm and a maximum of 180mm diameter
• Label sizes - Length must be greater than 25mm and heights (min) 10mm - Max 186mm

BenchMATE Variations: 

• BenchMATE+ - same as the standard BenchMATE but can apply labels on containers as small as 15mm diameter (minimum)
• BenchMATE Widebody - same as the BenchMATE but can accommodate a much larger label with a max height of 230mm vs 186mm.
• BenchMATE Widebody+ - is a combination of both the BenchMATE+ and the BenchMATE Widebody. It is suitable for use with the larger label on a bottle as small as a 15mm diameter.

Semi-automatic Bottle Labelling Machines

All of our semi-automatic label applicators can apply over 1000 labels per hour which can be increased with the use of an optional foot pedal and orientation sensors for complete accuracy.

BenchMARK 

This is the entry level semi auto machine that can label 1040+ containers p/hr:
Container specs: min diameter 50mm - max 110mm diameter.
Add a container adaptor and min container specs can be reduced to 15mm diameter.
Label sizes: Length min 25mm x Height min 10mm - 230mm max.
Label roll diameter max 300mm with core diameter min 38mm - max 76mm

BenchDELUXE

With the BenchDELUXE the handle can be removed to allow for larger containers (as long as they are pre-filled, otherwise pressure needs to be applied to the handle due to lack of weight), alternatively an extended handle is available for larger containers between 110mm and 220mm in diameter when they are empty. It can label 1440+ containers p/hr
Label sizes: Length min 25mm x Height min 10mm - 230mm max.
Label roll diameter max 300mm with core diameter min 38mm - max 76mm

BenchMAX

This is the top of the range label applicator. It is fast, reliable, accurate and flexible and can label any round container from 8mm - 250mm in diameter. To increase productivity it can also be connected to a printer so that labels can be printed on demand to match the labelling requirements at the time.
It can label 1440+ containers p/hr.
Label sizes: Length min 25mm x Height min 10mm - 230mm max.
Label roll diameter max 300mm with core diameter min 38mm - max 76mm
