Line shaft and powered roller conveyors consist of a number of carrying rollers individually powered by drive belts from a rotating shaft. BMA Belting are able to cater for this specialised application with a large selection of custom made elastomeric round belting.

Solid PU O-Ring Features: 

• Solid PU O-Rings come in 2 formations. For 90% of applications, a thermally fused (joined) round belt is adequate for the high intensity work load and flexibility required to drive the carrying rollers. 
• BMA Belting are able to fabricate rings at any size or diameter between 80-90 shore hardness, depending on the elasticity required. All belts are fabricated in-house.
• For all other high speed drives, we are able to source and distribute specially produced ‘seamless’ o-rings which are fully moulded without a join. This product is able to handle higher loads and speeds, and is available upon request
