Superior tyne geometry, high-quality carbon pins and ultrasonic-tested welds are additional features which enhance durability and performance.

The Stick Rake utilises high-strength steel for its tynes. Pins are made from 1045 high-quality carbon steel and all welds are reinforced with ultrasonic testing to verify no microscopic discontinuities.

Integrated Head Bracket with Torsional Bar: Additional strength is provided by the integrated head bracket, while the torsional bar distributes the load evenly across the attachment. This allows the rake to withstand significant torsional forces without the risk of structural failure. Less stress on the attachment means improved efficiency with a reduced need for maintenance.

Gussets and Interlocking Rods: The rake has additional reinforcements with gussets and interlocking torsional rods that run through the tynes.
