Continuous Horizontal Single Shaft Mixers consist of a cylindrical mixing drum vessel with an inlet and outlet, a venting spout, a full material mixing shaft, drum closing end plates with integrated air or gas-purged shaft seals, and a drive unit with power transmission. Ploughshares or inclined blade-type shovels rotate as mixing tools, ensuring turbulence for precise mixing.
Function: Operates on the principle of mechanically generated fluid bed, lifting components to be mixed into the open mixing area, ensuring quality before reaching the outlet. Suitable for dry bulk solids, dry bulk solids with liquids, sludge, or low-viscosity pastes.
