MF 1840 Small Square BalerGet latest price

Key Features

• OptiForm Bale Chamber: Extended to 460 mm (30% longer than its predecessor), the chamber ensures consistently superb and dense bale shapes in all conditions.
• Central Knotter Greasing Kit: Centralised greasing system with a distribution block efficiently lubricates twelve points for reduced maintenance.
• Gauge Wheels: Standard on both sides to help the pick-up follow uneven ground, minimising tine damage.
• Pre-Formed Slice Concept: High-speed, short stroke plunger pre-forms slices for higher capacity and reduced wear, generating more bales with less stress.
• Crop Flow System: Crop is pre-formed in a pre-compression chamber and then moved to the main chamber for better density and baler durability.
• Wide, Low-Profile Pick-Up: The 1.9 m pick-up uses closely spaced tines for clean, undisturbed windrow collection, reducing leaf loss.
• Narrow Transport Width: Despite a wide pick-up, its in-line design permits access to narrow lanes and gateways with ease.
• In-Line Design: Centre-line construction places the baler directly behind the tractor, enhancing convenience, weight distribution, and field efficiency.
• Easy Operational Transition: Simply lower the pick-up to begin baling immediately—no repositioning required.
• Density Control Ram: Automatically regulates pressure on top and bottom density rails for uniform bales.
• Reliable Knotter Design: Rugged build provides consistent tying with low maintenance needs and high reliability.
• Electric Knotter Fan: Standard feature keeps knotters clean and free from debris to maintain performance.
• Bale Density Control: System adjusts chamber pressure automatically for consistent bale density across variable field conditions.
• System Control: Integrated hydraulic reservoir, pump, and pressure regulator handle oil pressure for density rams.
• Large Twine Storage: Carries 10 balls of twine (suitable for large spools), enabling uninterrupted operation during long days.
