The Erapol CC and CCM materials are a new generation of cold castable polyurethane resins ranging in hardness from 35 Shore A to 60 Shore D. They have been specifically formulated for use within the concrete moulding industry.

Era Polymers offer both high (CC) and medium (CCM) performance polymers.

They are an easy to use cold casting system that will cure at ambient or elevated temperatures. And have the added advantage of low viscosities allowing for easier processing.

Applications: The Erapol CC and CCM Series are ideally suited to applications where MOCA as a curative is not viable. These systems have also been used for general engineering applications where dynamic properties are not necessarily required. Both these systems are also able to be hand cast.

Typical uses: Moulds for concrete retaining walls, stamp pads, pavers and concrete blocks.
