- Side walls use moulded fibreglass skins with 40mm rigid polyurethane foam core, reinforced every 400mm.
- Non-slip fibreglass finish on 28mm container wood flooring, featuring 70mm urethane insulation between steel cross bearers and sealed underneath.
- Rear door frame is hot-dip galvanised for longevity, with double rear doors (65mm thick), triple hinges, camlocks, and double seals.
- All interior joints are fully laminated for strength and hygiene, with 300mm high fibreglass kick panels and a 1200mm pallet protection apron inside the rear doorway.
- Exclusive polished aluminium top, bottom, and corner extrusions with heavy-duty cast aluminium corner caps.
- LED lighting for all required side, front, rear marker, and licence plate lights.
- Compliant with SCARM 80 standards and certifiable for the transport of fresh meat for human consumption.
