The IMS Track Mounted BP-1200-9TB twin feed hopper blender is high production of up to 1000 TPH with both hoppers being 5.5 meters long and holding 10 and 12 cubic meters.

Both feed hoppers have front of hopper adjustable flow control gate and the feed hopper conveyors have variable speed to be able to control the mix percentages. The feed hopper conveyors are gear driven feeding a 1200mm wide main stockpiling conveyor with a stockpile height of 4.770 meters, there is also an addition hydraulic connection that can power a 20-meter radial conveyor.

The BP-1200-9TB also has a mixer that can help bend some products and hydraulically moves to one side when not required.

Due to the size of the feed hoppers and the production capabilities the blender is well suited to use as a feed hopper with two loaders loading high production bulk stockpiling conveyors and ship loaders also offering two more product options to work in conjunction with the IMS Track Pugmill.
