ATEX approved with Vertical Flameless Venting. Although COMPACT in size, these filters are for HIGH dust volumes. They incorporate VFV and VARIpulse cleaning, leading technology in terms of ENERGY and SAFETY.

Product Features:

VARIPulse dust filters are circular in design and were developed to handle large quantities of air and dust
Fitted with the VARIPulse^TM cleaning system and VFV^TM (Vertical Flameless Venting) explosion membrane system, they are the safest and most energy efficient filters of their type available
The round design ensures great strength combined with low weight
They can be fitted with 180º tangential inlets to ensure effective sorting of heavy materials prior to passing through the filter medium
Models in this range are also available with total separators for air containing heavy / sharp articles to prevent contact with the filter medium
Choice of Conical or Scraper bottoms available for the discharge system, to silo transport duct, and bin
Air Volumes 5,000 to 50,000m³/h
Ideal installations will be medium to large dust producers in joinery, industry and chemical, fertilizer and agricultural markets
