Features of our Conveyors & Tables:

• Gating to automatically feed containers on and off the Conveyor as well as stop at key points for the filling, capping, and labelling of your containers
• Unscrambling and Accumulation Tables are designed for handling round, stable glass or plastic containers (for rectangular containers the Tables can be fitted with a special take-off belt assembly)
• Can additionally be fitted with: lockable castors or flameproof mechanics with a mechanical speed variator when needed for flammable productions

  • Option of Belt or Slat Conveyors with choice of stainless steel slat or plastic polymer
  • Multiple lengths in multiples of 1.2m (typically starting at 2.4m)
  • Can be fitted with an Overhead Belt Conveyor or Twin Take-Off Belt Assembly to suit your product and/or production needs
  • Allowing 'S' bend and 90 degree configuration options to suit your production floor layout with our 600mm Transfer Tables
• Our Tables facilitate increased production output:
  • Containers can be randomly placed on our Unscrambling Table (Model AUT) where they are automatically fed onto the conveyor for filling, capping, and/or labelling
  • Our Accumulation Table (Model AAT) collects the containers at the outfeed end of the Conveyor for packing off of filled, capped, and/or labelled containers into packaging ready for shipping (e.g. cartons, boxes)
  • Available in 1200mm and 1500mm diameter tops made either of HDPE or Stainless Steel
