• Volta DualDrive
  • Volta DualDrive is manufactured with full width integrated teeth formed during production.
  • The belt utilizes standard 2” pitch modular or Volta designed sprockets on the drive & idler shafts (typically a square shaft), spaced approx. 100-150mm from each other and retained on the shaft individually. This is why DualDrive can replace modular belts without modification to existing conveyors.
  • The DualDrive belt can be driven either with Volta sprockets or standard modular 2” Series sprockets. We recommend using our sprockets for best performance and longevity.
  • With all the advantages of modular belt tracking, combined with the benefits of solid flat homogeneous belting, Volta DualDrive has effectively changed the course of belt usage for the food industry.
• DualDriveSP™ (Small Pulley)
  • DualDrive SP is an important addition to the existing Volta SuperDrive and DualDrive range. DualDrive SP leads the positive drive concept into small pulley applications.
  • The minimum pulley diameter of 51mm (2 inch) allows for tight transfer of end product between conveyors. This provides another choice in BMA Belting’s large range of positive driven homogeneous belting.
