The innovative SICK SKU Master Data Analyser 800 efficiently captures an object’s dimensions, weight, and barcode in a single step. Using measurement automation light grids (mLG), it accurately measures items regardless of their surface reflectivity or whether cuboidal or irregular in shape.

This feature is especially useful for obtaining precise measurements of objects wrapped in foil. There’s no need for manual alignment, and measurements can be taken in both directions. Data is transmitted immediately after detection, and the process can be paused if necessary.
