The ENERPAT Waste Tyre Recycling Line is a modular processing solution designed to transform end-of-life tyres into reusable resources. The system combines primary shredding, steel wire separation and optional downstream processing equipment to recover rubber chips, steel and other recyclable materials.
The standard process starts with the MSB-ETY1600 Double Shaft Tyre Shredder, which reduces whole passenger tyres, truck tyres and OTR tyres into controlled-size chips. The material can then pass through steel wire separation equipment to remove embedded steel and improve rubber purity.
For customers requiring higher-value products, the system can be expanded with grinding, screening and sorting equipment to produce rubber granules and rubber powder for applications such as sports surfaces, rubber products and industrial materials.
