Extracts steel wire from tyres at up to 1 tonne per hour for efficient recycling.

This machine separates the bundle of steel wires from the inner opening of remaining tyres after strip cutting. Place the tyre's inner opening between the two rollers, feed from the lower part, and the rollers running opposite each other separate the rubber from the steel wire. The gap between rollers and the gear engagement can be easily adjusted for various tyre sizes and conditions.
