The WastePac WT40120 is a heavy-duty single shaft shredder engineered for high-volume and high-impact waste streams. Capable of processing up to 1200 kg per hour, it effortlessly handles tough materials including timber pallets, cardboard cores, plastics, and bulky recyclables.
Its oversized cutting chamber (1410 x 1200 mm) enables direct loading of large waste items, eliminating the need for pre-processing. An optional vertical force-feeding ram enhances feeding efficiency for smaller materials. Like other models in the WT Series, the WT40120 offers rotor flexibility. Choose from high-performance, film, or hard-material rotors to suit your specific waste types.
The machine features a hydraulic pusher ram, auto-reverse protection, hardened DC53 steel knives, and integrated shock absorbers for optimal durability and throughput. Optional extras include custom hopper designs, in-feed and out-feed conveyors, elevated loading platforms, and more.
