With the addition of our patented heavy-duty steel conveyor system and the state-of-the-art features available on the 4375AFE IC, Tomcat leads the pack when it comes to machine fed wood chippers.
The operator has full hydraulic control over the feed conveyor, as well as hydraulic controlled discharge chute. The 2m steel infeed conveyor allows for continuous feeding, ensures easy loading of larger branches and whole trees.
A uniquely designed chipper drum with a diameter of 780mm paired with a 125Hp Perkins engine hits the ultimate sweet spot for power to weight ratio. Running costs per cubic meter are reduced significantly with the large diameter drum, 4-cylinder water-cooled turbo charged engine, 4 staggered chipping blades and in-feed conveyor. Additional 375AFE features include curb side mounted controls providing a more convenient location for operators, a side-load anvil, full hydraulic controlled 360-degree discharge chute which offers greater operator control over chip discharge, and a three-position control bar and dual safety e-stops, further elevating industry safety standards. A multi directional 2.5t capacity hydraulic winch system can be included to compliment the operator utilisation.
The unit is mounted on a twin-axle road trailer with electric brakes, which allows for easy transportation.
