Features mechanically driven auger with maximum efficiency. Self-Propelled and hydraulic raise, lower & steer for fingertip control with ease of operation and ease on the back. Simply sit on the seat and drive around. All moving parts are guarded for your protection & peace of mind. THE MAIN FEATURES OF OUR NEWLY DESIGNED ENGINE CRADLE
New spring loaded engine cradle which eliminates the belt tension idler. Fitted with a direct driven hydraulic pump. All augers complete with electric start motor & 23 litre fuel tank. Donaldson air cleaner fitted standard to 27, 31, 35 & 37 H/P Vanguard Engines
The belts can be put in and out of gear from either side of the auger. Fitted standard with a raised exhaust to keep it well out of the stubble reducing the fire risk.
Easily adjust the belt tension by adjusting the turnbuckle (pictured on the right). The spring allows the belts to be put in and out of gear with minimal effort.
Cover off with belts in gear, there are adjustable belt guides on the inside of the belts.
The belt guides & the cover hold the belts in position so when the belts are out of gear the auger will not drive.
Direct drive pump attaches to the three belt cast iron pulley.
A newly deigned manifold & exhaust has allowed us to directly attach the muffler to the manifold without the use of flexible tubing.
Exhaust with rain cap fitted After market upgrades for existing augers are available.
The Fuses, Electric Brake Controller and Spout controller are tucked away in the channel of the cradle protecting them from the elements

THE MAIN FEATURES OF OUR NEWLY DESIGNED AUGER LIFT
A newly designed hydraulic cylinder with built in counter balance valve
An extra pulley has allowed us to have the hydraulic cylinder rod inside the hydraulic cylinder barrel when the auger is in its resting/transporting position so the rod is not exposed to the elements reducing the risk of the cylinder rod pitting or bending in transport.
Reversible gear box standard on all Vennings augers. One of the two 1200 lumen Led Lights fitted to all Self Propelled Augers
10" Electric Brakes fitted to the road wheels with a self contained controller so you can tow the auger legally behind any vehicle with a trailer plug. All Vennings Self Propelled augers are over 1 ton so brakes are a legal requirement
A motion control valve has been added to the drive motor, providing a brake like function on the third wheel, allowing easier control and restricts the roll back when entering the silo, without roll on/back
Heavy duty 20mm thick gear drive on the third wheel with Heavy Duty NEW 31x10.5R 15LT 6 Ply Tyres
Third wheel in transport position, No need to disconnect drive wheel or brake
Oversize sign & flags showing width extremities are fitted to 42’, 50’ & 60’ Au-gers (not required on 35’ as it’s not oversize)
A flag is fitted to the end of all augers. A LED revolving light is fitted to the top end of all 42’, 50’ & 60’ Augers as per legal requirments (not required on 35’ as it’s not oversize)

Steel hopper in transport position mounted to bottom frame so its always with auger.
Poly Hopper with rubber top. Slender design allows auger to be placed under silo with the hopper attached to the auger.

Hopper can be used in any height between 420mm and 820mm by adjusting the chain and hook.
